My Personal Favorite…PENCEY!!

yes, i’m pretty sure i own one of everything that pencey makes.  and i’m also pretty sure that the showroom thinks i’m crazy because i have to order one of everything for myself!!  i call them at least once a day to see when my orders are going to ship…and track the ups truck to determine touch down time for my pencey box.  as if i wasn’t already obsessed with this company, they had to come out with their sister line, SAUCE!!  not as dressy as pencey but a more funky casual and definitely just as cute!!  let the obsession continue…everyday, i get to the store and ask my sister, "is my sauce here yet?!"  when she tells me "no", i practically have a melt down and almost consider not finishing out the day at work.  i wasn’t quite sure why after branding such a cute name for "pencey" they decided to call their other line "sauce" but now i’m almost positive it’s because they wanted to make me sound like an idiot when i have to call and demand more "sauce".  now i am forced to say things like, "where’s my sauce?", "i need more sauce!", "i love this sauce!", "we’re all out of sauce!"  Very clever Christina Minasian.

Stay tuned for new arrivals from SAUCE.  For now, enjoy, and keep enjoying…PENCEY!

Joie Fall Arrivals

Joie, my love, my go to.  This is the only brand that I have carried since the day I opened my doors to Lindsay Lou.  They are so consistently good and appropriately move forward with the fashion times.  As much as I love so many of my other brands, I feel like Joie really captures the "essence" of the design of my store.

Just a side note: I overuse/misuse quotation marks and have really horrible analogies that only really make sense to me.  If anyone can compile a list of my analogies that run through my blog and make some sense of them…you can have a reward in the form of a gift certificate to my store!  Oh and I also way overdo the ellipsis (…)

With that being said, I’ll go ahead and say that Joie is like the best friend you’ve had forever that you never fight with…you get them and they get you…they don’t change too much over time but grow with you and mature.  hmm..how poetic.  Anyway, Joie is the best!
